In this workshop, Tom and Ulrik will be covering the essentials of handbalancing and bodyweight skills. This workshop is suitable for beginners to intermediate trainees with some experience. A short handstand and basic bodyweight strength is necessary to make the most of this workshop. Concepts and topics covered will be:

  • Introduction into handbalancing

  • Shoulder mobility & alignment

  • Achieving straight line

  • Creating & controlling balance

  • Lower limb shapes

  • Introduction into bodyweight skills

  • Middle split & straddle flexibility

  • Scapula education & positions

  • Planche & front lever development

  • Programming for handstand & strength
